Vintage Jewelry Set - Unknown Designer

I chose this jewelry set for my first post.  I found them at a local yard sale.  They have a makers mark that I am not familiar with.  I am certainly no expert, but the longer I do this the more I learn.
The mark on the back of the pieces is the same as the design over the stone. The necklace is actually a single strand chain that is 36 inches long.  It has a large black stone encased in gold with a faux tassel.  There are matching clip earrings.  I love this set, but wish I knew the designer.
